Happy Birtday...

Viviana Nicole Hernandez...That's her name but she doesn't like the name so she goes by Vivi...I'm sure when she gets older she'll realize that it's AN HONOUR to be named after her Great Great Grandma Viviana...Well this Sunday Viviana turns 15 so we're making her a BIRTHDAY DINNER...Take a look at the pictures that follow and see what I've been doing to get ready...

Doesn't this look like fun...After making the FIRST BATCH I decided I'd let ya in on HOW MANY TORTILLAS I'LL BE MAKING...

Here's one cooking...It's probably the ONE I ate...You can't make tortillas and not eat ONE with BUTTER...

This stack is only like the 1st dozen I made...Let me just say I have like 9 more stacks to go...I'm thinking I should of just gone with BREAD but how good is BRISKET, BEANS, AND HOT SAUCE W/OUT TORTILLA...

Last one for the day...Let's see how I did...

Let me just say that after this week I don't think I'll be making many tortillas for a couple of weeks...YEA RIGHT...My kids think they have to have TORTILLA with EVERYTHING...Even with Hamburger Helper...lol...

Well I've taken a little break so I'm off to work on something else for Saturday...I hope to see ya there she's invited everyone that means something to her...AND I hope I didn't make anybody tooo hungry...
